Okay mom's nothing negative please so since my Dr appointment Thursday I have been having more problems walking or moving the pain is so bad the contractions are not strong enough to do anything with but the pain has gotten so bad that I am in tears while trying to walk or move because my back hurts so badly. I have tried pillow and blankets under my back and hot showers and hot baths and none of those are working and since the muscle relaxers was not helping me I quit taking those that the Dr prescribed me I am just in so much pain and all I wanna do is cry but o don't want to go to the ER in case someone else needs to be there more than me my water has not broken, no bloody show, no mucuse plug lost just alot of pain in my back and lower abdomen but not constant and no it doesn't go away when I moved it makes it worse and last night I couldn't stop throwing up I am so miserable

@kimborocks, I would freeze water bottles and lay on my back and roll on it. Desperate times call for desperate measures 🤣 good luck!!! Hope the pain eases!!! In the end it will be worth it!
@lincolnsmommy18 it is worth it see they told me if I kept walking and doing what I normally do she would be here before 38 weeks because I am usually very active and when I made my last post all because what my Dr said I have been trying to do nothing
@noella.aviles12 well see with all my other labors my baby stopped moving at least an hour or more before delivery
See my baby girl is still moving strong and I keep getting told that if the baby is still moving that I have nothing to worry about
Go to L&D because u never know !! I went into labor 37+1 day with my son
@kimborocks yes or more like tug of war with your hips only pulling from the back .. you got me over here having flashbacks so worth every bit of pain though
@adams2017 oh yes totally worth it just got kinda worried because I am laying in bed and the pain starts in my back and goes to my lower abdomen but my baby girl is still moving and kicking my ribs and hitting my hips and pushing against them so I didn't know if I needed to be worried
@kimborocks I always went in better safe but unfortunately for me I had high BP and every single time i went in was contracting every 2min had nothing but back pain and put on b.r at 31 weeks until 39 when I got induced good luck listen to your body
If it's that bad I would go in kinda sounds like labor is coming are the pains going and coming ? If so how far apart are they

@kimborocks sounds like the start of labor I would stay off your feet eat ice and drink water and keep timing the contractions

Anyone have preterm labor? I got this unbearable pain in my back, worse that normal and I have had horrible back pain this whole pregnancy...then I started getting cramps super low in my abdomen...they felt constant but I was in so much pain they I didn't time them or anything. Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Bought a pregnancy test. Hubby said if I am we will either have to move back into his mom's or terminate the pregnancy. I am so scared. I don't wanna do neither of those things.
I bought the epsom salt bath minerals and they have some that are for aches & pains/ sore muscles. I would soak in a warm bath with those, that didn’t take the pain away but it eased it!! I know the last thing you want to do is bounce on a ball but my yoga ball was a life saver. It did help also. I rolled my hips and bounced. I just looked up ways to use it during late stages of pregnancy.
