Used through both pregnancies and still using it while nursing. Love these. You can buy the prenatals separate if you don't want the fish oil but this fish oil is the only one that doesn't cause me burping fishy taste or heartburn.

@livingwithmariah I think it has to be prescribed by a doctor. My insurance sent it to me so idk exactly where to get them.
