So my S.O and I got officially engaged on Christmas, and it was such excitement at first. Now, its kind of depressing because we dont have any friends, his family arent the best kinds of people, and my family is either out of state or really couldnt care less. While others would be planning their wedding, im over here thinking about just eloping and not even having a "wedding" because no one would come anyway...

Don’t let planning wedding depress you! If you know no one will come then go ahead with an elopement! You can still get a beautiful wedding dress, hire a photographer, pick a gorgeous location and say your vows! Then afterwards go to a really nice restaurant and celebrate. I had a destination wedding and wishI had just done an elopement 😉
We eloped and it was awesome. No arguments with family and huge bills, no fighting over venues. I got a gorgeous dress, we had a wonderful time, and we bought a house instead. Zero regrets! It was perfect! Focus on the new family you are building and don't let anyone get you down.

You know what my wish would be? I have made such amazing friends on here, you ladies are as close to me as my own family. My wish would be to plan a meet up in about 1 years time we can all meet somewhere in the world with our little ones. Because we ALL will be blessed with our babies by then PMA! I would just love to meet you guys in person, your amazing. HUGS to all and mega baby dust to those trying

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Eloping could be fun. You could plan a special trip and do just the 3 of you. You can still buy a dress and do your hair and makeup. Take pictures have a cake go out for a special dinner. In my opinion I would rather elope in a heart beat. It's less stressful and really puts the focus on the marriage. Weddings tend to take away from that
