lol yeah ! I just feel like the first party is such a huge milestone . I feel like it’s more for us, like us celebrating that we got them to that point and such. You know ? But I plan to make it something he’ll have a blast at !
Our girl birthday is Memorial Weekend so last year we did 2.5 months. We did Saturday. This year - soon as well. Once we establish that that’s the holiday at our place - we will do the regular “ 4 weeks notice”

We try to let everyone know 6 weeks in advance. We have huge families, and everyone wants to come/request time off/make arrangements

We give out at least a month heads up, then a check in a week from the party 😊
