Went to labor and delivery because I had symptoms of high blood pressure but they are thinking hypoglycemia and low blood pressure. Anyone have low blood sugar and low blood pressure during pregnancy before? What happened?

I swear all I eat and drink is sweet stuff so I’m not sure how it’s low but I feel horrible when whatever it is hits.
How low is it? Mine are both low, my BP is 95/45- 115/60 i feel better when it’s low. Last time they measured me i was 115/60 after drinking coffee and I felt like it was high for me.
But it jumped up to 175/96 the other day for about 30 min and I felt terrible

I thought that sounded more likely when you posted yesterday I think. My first trimester I had the same problem so I started drinking Gatorade for the sugar and sodium. Now it’s getting high over the last week, I can’t win.
