So, any advice on taking care of a sunburnt one and a half year old?? Especially when they are sleeping. My son moves around in his sleep so he didn't sleep much last night. He got burnt on his arms, hands and back😭😣

@missdonnelly23, no it doesn’t. I know aloe leaves that stinky feeling after it dries. Coconut oil feels like baby oil tho.

When my niece got super bad sunburn last year we soaked baby wash cloths in apple cider vinegar and laid the cloths on her before her cool bath (she requested it be cool). She slept so good that night compared to her older sister who refused the vinegar and just had a cool shower

@mombie. So I can fill it up and still just add 1/2 cup but after just rinse him off and apply aloe?

Noxema face wash used as a lotion works wonders too. We sold it at the tanning salon i worked at. It takes the heat out of the burn and makes it go away a lot sooner than usual
Aloe. There's a aloe soothing gel that my ex husband used to use when her burned. It worked pretty well so he could get comfortable when he slept
Like others have said a vinegar bath is good & also putting coconut oil on it helps so much.
