My 2 month old is congested and as a little cough what can I do for him?

Putting him to sleep with a humidifier my son right now has a congested nose and a cough he slept a with a humidifier Vick’s on their feet with socks works and I use saline spray

Get the "Little Noses" from Little Remedies Saline spray. The bigger bottle made for multiple uses. You can use it to flush out mucus and irrigate and moisturize as well. I use this as a spray and then use the Nose Frieda after the mucus has been moistened. We also use a diffuser with lavender and eucalyptus. ❤

**If you want to use a SAFE baby chest rub. They have a lavender, coconut oil and chamomile natural chest rub called MATTY'S you can buy at Target, Wal-Mart or other stores. You can use this on baby's feet until he is 3 months. Then you can use on his chest. I prefer this to Baby Vicks. ❤

*EDIT: baby Vicks is to ONLY be used on the feet until age TWO. They can breathe it if not directly over them in a small diffuser watered down with another essential safe oil like lavender. ❤

My baby was the same last night :( I went and bought a humidifier asap before it got worse . He slept way better . I also got saline spray and nose sucker haven’t used it yet since he’s much better now

Baby Vicks helps. I also take Vicks with a little water and put it in those candle plug ins... it helps when you do that with the humidifier. You can also put towels or something under the mattress to prop baby up a bit to help with congestion.
