oh that’s not even the bad part. It’s the underwriters and the last minute crap you have to do that could have been done 30 days ago. Buying a house in the US is bullshit.
I'm in that boat right now we're almost done in juat waiting on my taxes to pay closing costs. It suuuucks but you will get there and you won't be wasting money paying rent you'll actually be putting money into YOUR house 😄
