You ever have a friend who like , always seems to compete with you? Or like if you didnt know something kinda make you feel like a total idiot for not knowing something , or thinking something wrong and them making you feel like “ what? I would never think that”
I hate that so much ! And i have someone in my life like that and it drives me crazy ! Any convo is like... oh been there done that,and smart ass comments 🙄.

it was really bad when we were younger, she'd always have to one up everyone. She got better as she got older. We are still friends but we both have busy lives with husbands, kids and work so we don't see each other often which probably helps.

Yes my best friend is like that.. she drives me nuts.. I told her one time I was looking into houses in Allentown n she was like omgg I was thinking the same exact thing really out of all the places in the world the bitch was thinking Allentown just like me lmao n that's just one thing she do tooooo much at times lol

Yup. And I’ve pulled away from her because of it. Even worse, she sort of, downplays every exciting thing I have to tell her. I was sort of bragging about how my son seems to be talking so well, and she told me to be weary because they “never shut up once they start” 🙄 or me quitting my job to stay at home, telling her about the death of my grandmother, it’s sort of like her life is better/more important. She definitely picks apart my successes and downplays my issues. Not as big as hers, soooo, we aren’t exactly friends anymore.

I did and I don’t talk to this person anymore. She even complained that i ignore her etc. I’m sure she knows the reason.

Yep! Her kids are the exact ages as my kids (as soon as she heard I was pregnant, she'd to and get pregnant). I finally got tired of her childishness and cut her off. I have no idea if she knows I'm pregnant again, but I'll know within a year (if mutual friends say anything).

My sil has always been competitive. Everything from kids, schooling, cars , house everything! She either says something bad about something then compares it to something else. It makes her look jealous. I hate it !
