Does anyone else’s kids have these bumps on their arms? I have it too and developed it as a child but I’m not really sure what causes it or how to treat it. Anything I searched online says it may be gluten or dairy caused, but is there a way to topically treat it? My DD is 16 months old and started developing it after her 1st bday.

If I use a scrub or scrub my arms with my loofah, it goes away in a few days 👍🏼

My brother has this too ! I forgot what it's called but it's due to lack of moisture. Make sure after she bathes, you put lotion on her :) I think CeraVe moisturizer lotion does the job. Make sure she doesn't pick at it either ♡

I have this too, have had it since I was a kid. I never knew it was a condition or anything. I just thought I had bumpy arms 😂

Yes. It’s called keratosis pilaris. It’s basically a gluten intolerance. You can get some lotion called amlactin to help with it. And African black soap as well.
