Repeat ultrasound?! Anyone have this? I got a call today from my midwife saying they want a repeat ultrasound for baby heart because they couldn't see it properly due to baby's position... apparently "nothing's wrong" but then why bother doing another ultrasound?

Ultrasound So I Had My First Ultrasound At 6 Weeks Heard Baby's Heart Beat And Everything Was Ok.... Doc Said I Wouldn't Have Another Ultrasound Until I'm 20 Weeks I Feel Like That's Too Long. When Did You Get Your Second Ultrasound?
What's the earliest that you an get a 3D ultrasound ??

My son was always in weird positions in my tummy one time for gender I had to wait because he wasn’t in a good position ur fine If u weren’t they would of sent u to the emergency room don’t worry

I had to have a second anatomy scan done this pregnancy because baby wouldn't cooperate. They couldn't get a good view/measurments of his heart or his left arm and leg (he's already stubborn😂) Sometimes baby just doesn't want to cooperate but they want to make sure they get a good look at everything

They couldn’t see all 4 chambers with my last one during my 20w ultrasound. Went back 4w later and everything was fine.

The tech was saying that baby was moving around a lot, and she was having a hard time keeping up. Maybe this could be the reason?

Happened to me, he was curled up funny so they couldn't get all the pictures they needed if the heart (they need good, clear shots of all chambers), we went back in a week later and he was in a great position, they got the last couple pictures they needed in less than 5 minutes and everything was totally normal.

I had to go to the high risk dr. both of my pregnancies because they thought something was wrong with both of my girls hearts, but turns out they were just moving alot and the lady couldn't get a good pic/measurement of it.
