Any tips on how to get rid of baby dandruff? Her doctor recommended baby oil but that doesn't seem to be making a difference.

That sounds like it could be cradle cap . Mustela makes a shampoo especially for that

I thought so too but her doctor referred to it as dandruff so I wasn't sure If they were the same thing.. my son had cradle cap that was real scaly and thick hers just looks like little white stuff on her hair you don't really see anything on her scalp unless you rub it and make it flake.

@sourpatchmama96, maybe the Johnson’s is drying out her scalp. You could use a different wash and they make a brush ( dermafrida) for it so you could get the flakes off

Mustela is the best and use a baby cradle cap brush it really helps
