For me, back and hip pain started hard by 18 weeks. Honestly, nothing helped then or now but it's probably bc I have degenerative disc disease so it intensifies the pain.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

I’ve had pains pretty consistently since I was 19-20 weeks. Warm bath at night usually eases for a while.
