@boymom123 oh Lord!! Ours is 3 bedroom, 2 bath. $1000 a month. I think $800-$1500 is about the average around here.

@mrsmord, yeah New York is high on cost of living like us too we have too many nice things so we don’t have extra money all the time 🤦🏻♀️

i think I’d take the weekly payments so i don’t need to work as much if i chose too , i can pay off my bills on time and also put extra on the side to invest in something !

Everyone should know that “dollar today is worth more than dollar tomorrow”. So 2mil. Since you can put it in stock and it will make you $200 000/year. Way more than the 85k you are getting in weekly payments.
