Why is bed time always so hard!? My boys never want to go to bed 🤦🏻 it always takes at least an hour for them to go to sleep.. Sometimes 2-3 hours after we lay them down they're still awake 😩 it drives me absolutely craaaazzzyyyy!!!!!!! 😵

I just use YouTube. Beginners Bible (my kids love it, straight and simple) has really really awesome stories. Also Story Keepers ( shows what happened to Christians in Rome) and ones called "the Old Testament" ( biblically accurate,and have lots of the "uncommon" bible stories). And superbook (MY FAVOURITE!! Has bible lessons directly applicable to real life) is really really REALLY awesome! The Old Testament ones are a tad hard to find, but if you do a YouTube search for "the Old Testament episodes" it should pop up.
I sensor everything my kids listen to, and I've listened to them all and they are all safe for kids. The Old Testament ones may be for an older (4+yo) crowed, as it is a bit more intense with the lessons. IMO Beginners Bible and Superbook is the best

We put them to bed at 8.. This is an every night thing 😩 idk if maybe they should go to sleep earlier!? We even tried pjtting them down an hour later at 9 and that didn't work either
If your kids have a tablet or use your laptop..Play white noise for toddlers the sounds are very relaxing and they will sleep fast.they have 1 it shows the stars,clouds and the music is soo.soothing. dim light s in their room as they listen to watch the videos of endless clouds
My kids would be trying to play the tablet if I did that 😩
Girl same here! 🙄Maddie makes 100 excuses as to why she can’t go to sleep. We have a dog now so she’s starting to say “he bit my eyelashes off” “I’m hungry” all kinds of stuff! It takes like 45 minutes just for her to stop leaving her beg and crying to finally lay down.
"He bit my eyelashes off" that's too cute lol but the excuses definitely get annoying.. Mauriz tries to hurt himself to get out of going to bed 🤦🏻

AUDIO BOOKS!!! Saved my LIFE!!!! I've been doing this for over 3years. I initially started as I needed a way to calm down my son as he is a VERY active boy and doesn't fall asleep unless he stops moving, which is never lol 😂 I let my kids have books in their bed, no toys, and I play bible stories off YouTube! I do have strict rules though; Butts must stay on their beds, if anyone touches the tablet (which I keep on the floor) I turn it off, and they must lay down and face the wall in silence. If anyone watches the tablet , I turn it off and they must face the wall in silence. I only had to reinforce my rules once every few months or so, they don't test the boundaries too much. They soooo enjoy their stories they actually want to go listen in their beds, like how awesome is that?! 👍🙌 I play a different amount depending on how tired they are , but usually each get 1 story (30minute long) of their choosing. Plus it's good for their brains, and amazing how much they learn. For example today my son was talking about the sons of Jacob from the bible and he started naming names like "Dan, Naphtali, Zebulun" and I'm sitting there like 😳 what?!?!! I don't even know those people! 😳 (I honestly had to look it up and, he was right )
Sorry for rambling, but honestly you have to try it. My kids didn't take to the music at bedtime well, as I have a house full of dancers lol 😂 Good luck!!
