Can a parent take another parent to court even with a no contact order?
Yes, absolutely. That’s the route they must take with no contact order.
And childs support goes base of of a monthly income minus deductions correct?
Even if they're not suppose to have any contact with them and the kids?
@3plus2is5 yeah they dont have to have contact with them. They will be served court papers by someone else or via certified mail

When do parents stop going to appointments with their kids?
Until u know what another parent is going through, dont judge.cause if they didn't need the money, they wouldn't sell the food. U just never know another person situation.
Another post got me thinking..
For those with 'step-parents'..
Okay.
