@3plus2is5 yeah they dont have to have contact with them. They will be served court papers by someone else or via certified mail
What do YOU judge Clearly, no one is a perfect parent nor do we know everything. But what’s something you judge a parent off of or just irks you?

Until u know what another parent is going through, dont judge.cause if they didn't need the money,they wouldn't sell the food. U just never know another person situation.
