after a feed keep baby sat upright slightly for atleast 30mins, also put him on the breast for 5 mins then wind then put him back on so feed small amounts but often with breaks in between. X
they are like little tea pots tip them up slightly and they spill , it’s common as their stomach isn’t completely developed yet my boy is 4months and spits up still xx
My babies 10 weeks an he still sicks up some milk after each feed. As others have said just make sure you burb and keep upright for a little after each feed. You'll know he's getting enough milk when he's weighed. I don't think switching to formula would help as breastmilk is digested easier x

No I’d say it could be silent reflux if it is then formula won’t be any better xx

No sounds like reflux which will not change if you switched to formula :) reflux will happen either way :)

i try and get a couple burps out of him before putting him back down but sometimes he will still bring up the milk Xx

How much does he bring up?
It’s common for babies to bring up a little milk anyway.. reflux or not :) as long as it’s not loads xx
