@anja414 ya sama let 5-6 za 2 mesyaca poxudela na 10 kq, prosto ela vse na paru, bez masla ( tolko utrom na toshak 1 lojku, chtobi stul bil normalnim), tvoroq ela celiy den, ovoshi. I vot tak i poxudela )) sladkoe voobshe ne kasalos moix qub 😁 pro muchnoe, xleb, makaroni voobshe molchu ))) sobirayus posle rojdeniya malisha tak je poxudet k letu )
