I hurt every where!! My stomach is constantly rock hard causing my back and stomach to be sore. I can barley walk because my hips and pelvis hurt like a s.o.b.!! I’m not the type of person to cry but I’m almost there tonight 😩

I take a warm bath every night.. It helps with the relaxing bit but doesn’t stop the stomach tightening and soreness

Do you take warm baths? Towards the end for me I couldn’t go a single night without soaking for like 45 mins. I used eucalyptus Epsom salts and lavender bubble bath. If nothing else, it would relax me. I also had terrible RLS starting at like 30 weeks and my doctor put me on ambien. I would take a half of one of those and soak and finally be able to sleep when I got out
