TMI.. Im 37 weeks 1 day, princess measured 38 weeks. Having dihareah could that mean shes getting ready to come?????

Just started having severe lower back pain. Like im being stabbed in the spine

I had it for weeks before having my son at 38weeks 4 days

Certainly COULD, but also don't get overly hyped. I had it for a few weeks before going into labor at 37 weeks and my Dr said it was likely just hormones and things being all squished around. Keep an eye on other signs, though :)
