Nothing. Which is why I ended up with 2 c-sections. My body wouldn’t dilate. You still have 3 weeks so you just have to let your body do its thing.

I've been having sex weekly but not trying to make her come out sooner just because I'm going to miss having sex lol... But I've been eating PINEAPPLE to help soften the cervix

The longer baby stays in the better 37eks is early still my daughter was born at 37wks with eye complications...
