Get in contact with a lawyer that has a background in family law ASAP. It can sometimes be difficult to make a move like that with children because y’all have equal rights as a married couple and it could potentially be considered parental kidnapping.

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though

Also make sure you start calling the police and filing a report every time there is an incident of abuse. It will make it easier to have a record of the abuse and can make it easier to petition to move away from him.
