Is it weird that I'm NOT afraid of childbirth? It's my second time, first time I had to be induced because little man wasn't growing anymore due to IUGR and I had GD so they we're afraid something might happen. I did NOT want to be induced, but it was necessary for my son's health. Luckily avoided pitocin thank God. I'd like to avoid that this time too, but I'm not really scared. Just have a been there done that attitude about it. Hopefully I can go into labor naturally this time. The only thing I'm even remotely afraid of is a C-section. I've heard horrors even from my own sister and with a two year old already it would just be a ton harder after were home.

i was scared of a c section too but now i have had 2 vaginal births and 2 c sections and all were different. im not scared anymore. as long as i come out healthy and the baby comes out healthy thats all that matters. c sections arent as bad as women make them sound. i promise.

I was terrified the first time and excited and relaxed the second time I was induced both pregnancies

I’m not scared either. I know of a girl personally who had a normal pregnancy up until labor and she ended up having a csection and there were complications and she ended up flat lining for a few minutes then ended up in a coma for a few days. They are investigating the hospital because she’s very healthy. Thankfully she and baby are now healthy and doing much better!
You would think her story would scare me, but im excited to meet my little one 😍💗 Im thankful im going straight to a csection instead of having an emergency one like i had with my daughter.

I'm the opposite, I never want a vaginal delivery, I'm not exactly scared but just a wimp for vaginal pain. I had a planned csection with my son and loved it. I think I will always be scared of the epidural going in, it is in a delicate place after all, but I'm not scared of the actual csection.

I’m not afraid at all, I had such a quick labor and I know I’m going to do things differently this time.
