This is my 1st pregnancy and im going to be opting for a C-section due to my age my bmi and my pcos. What was everyone's recovery like how painful was it how long were u in hospital. I have a very supportive partner so i knw he will do everything possible to help me
I had an elective section due to breach. They got me up and out of bed after a couple hours, the sooner you move about (slowly and carefully) the better. I was let out the day after (you have to pee a certain amount within 12 hours to be sent home) It was hard to get about the first few days, but as long as you accept help and take care of yourself and ask for pain relief whenever you feel you need it you’ll be fine. I felt back to normal after about 3 weeks xx
I had to have an emergency c-section, I was in a few days but due to lil man not the section, I saw a few on my ward who was only in a day or 2 max after having their planned c-sections. Recovery I had no problems with at all, as each day went by I felt a bit better. I’d say 3/4 days after having the section I’d move more better etc. Best advice I can give to you is listen to ya body, don’t over do it take ya time with things.
Best tip I was given was after having a shower use a hair dryer set on cool to dry wound area.
My main focus (just like yours will be 🙂) was on bubs so to be honest ya don’t really pay much attention to it lol the only time I really did feel it was I made a sudden jump to get up to get lil man when he cried and that hurt like a 🤬 other then that I had no problems at all. In all honesty it was a lot less painful (for me) then I thought it would be lol xx
I had an emergency c section the first time. Had her on Thursday, could of gone gone the next day but car seat wasn't ready so left Saturday. I found recovery ok actually. I kept on top of my painkillers and sadly I didn't have loads of help so I think I kept myself busy not noticing the pain. I'm having a planned c section now. X
I had an emergency csection! I had her Monday night and left hospital on Thursday afternoon. I did find recovery quite tough- the first week especially but I also had my husband do everything he could so that was a huge help! I’ve heard that planned csections usually are easier recovery! Xx

This is actually How I came up with my first daughters name. lol.. ????
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
How can I delete my profile on here!?
How can I induce my labor
I've had an emergency c section and elective. I've found both very difficult especially after the spinal wears off and you start feeling the pain. Both had their own complications but I healed much quicker after my elective. My emergency c section became infected and the scar started to break down and left with open wound either side of scar, took about 12 weeks to fully heal. Elective took about 8 weeks but was able to do most stuff about 2 weeks after. Both I only stayed in hospital less than 24 hours, elective was longer due to blood loss and I had a drain in my stomach.
