Don't do it unless you can find bottles made to freeze. I don't know if they exist. Storage bags can be bought at most major stores and are sterile and freeze safe. If you lay them flat while freezing they store super easily. Make sure you leave space in the bags for the milk to expand.

I believe it’s good for 4 days straight from the pump and 24 hours in the fridge if it was frozen first.

They do have freezer safe bottles like the ones they give you in the hospital. I think using the bag is better because it takes up less space.
