I like to mush avocado on a slice of toast with some seasonings and put a egg on top.
I haven't seen that but it's definitely good for you while breastfeeding. The good fats in it get into the breast milk so maybe it helps somehow with production? Oatmeal really boosted my supply! Like doubled it in a couple days of just having it for breakfast.
What type of oatmeal .. not instant huh? Lol

You can cut it up onto meat like chicken breast, cut it over salads, smash it up onto toast. It's actually really versatile

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
