I do this constantly. I have severe allergies that have gotten worse since pregnancy and I sneeze all. Day. Long. It doesn't matter what size pad I wear. It's even worse when I throw up. 😭 I literally went to walmart the other day and bought like 3 packs of granny panties.

You might want to check with you doctor and make sure you dont have a uti because that's usually what's make you pee when you sneeze trust me it happened to me and it turned into something worse

I gave in at around 25 weeks when I developed a chronic cold and would piss my pants every time I went into a coughing fit 😂 I started using panty liners, life saver lol
