Right now my heart is so full yet breaking at the same time... Friday we go to court against his mom to tryand and get our older two back and keep try but it could go the other way and i have to hand him over to her...please keep us in your prayers if i lose my kids its going to kill me

I would get some legal advice about what your options are. I would never let someone take my kids without the fight of my life!
Your lucky his Mother took..them and not the States foster care system. FIGHT for your children! Why wouldn't she give your children back in that said date if Her own son wasn't doing the right things?? Are you both stable now? Work ,#1 drug free ,have a roof over your head and able to properly care for your children?last march separated ...wow sad to hear your children have gone thru this ...

My husband took a hit of k2 back last march overdosed and was pronounced dead and came back 15 mins later well the hospital called cps on us and to keep our case from going to court we gave his mother temporary guardianship well she was supposed to return our two older children jan 15 but petitioned the court to keep them and get our newborn as well..since the od he has been clean of everything
@hallmama151719, I would leave my husband and take the kids. They will be on you for staying with him.. I’d choose my kids over my husband any day. You leave and if you never had any issues they wouldn’t look at it twice you would get the kids.
