Bad cramps today at 21 weeks, Anyone else have this? . Could be round ligament pains but not had them this bad before (they're not excruciating but can't forget about them, they're constant).

Hot cheetos??
Is it ok to eat hot cheetos?? I love them they've been my favorite chips since forever and I've been eating them during my pregnancy. I'm 11w. Is it bad since they're spicy?

These contractions are getting worse even the nurse said the monitor is showing how constant I’m having them and how bad they are.
I asked Matt to check my stitches to see if they're okay, he checks and says he can't see them.. What does that mean? They're gone or his eyes are just bad..
