Yes it’s a lip tie. Once you take her to the dentist they can tell you if it’s going to cause problems with her two front teeth or not and suggest if you should go get it clipped.

My son had lip tie, my oldest they didn’t have to cut it because it wasn’t severe and after one he busted hip lip while falling and it actually cut it! And my youngest at 1 week old he got his tongue tie clipped. He is also a little lip tied also but he hit his mouth on the wood piece of the couch and it partially cut it. They say a lot of kids have a little lip tie but from them being clumsy they end up cutting it by themselves

I would say it's tooth decay and lip tie you should definitely get that checked out ASAP

Yes hun it looks like lip tie to me. It looks very similar to this picture i found on lip ties. And i would take her to the dentist asap for the tooth build up

The top left pic (yellow) is build up. Def need to be brushing day and night. Make sure when you’re brushing that area, the gums turn white and flick the bristles down away from the tops of the teeth. Also floss between any teeth that are touching. It’s ok, a dental appt will take care of the buildup. Just make sure you’re not giving anything but water before bed after brushing teeth.

I would say that looks plaque, and definitely a lip tie.
