Yea I heard breast milk helps or just let it go by itself my son baby acne was so bad that it was red and bumpy doctor said will go away on his own
All three of mine had it bad the only thing that helped was breastmilk. And even then it didn’t clear up till 2 months old. It’s completely normal. Have you talked to his pediatrician?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
