My son bite himself, hit himself against the wall, is this normal behavior for a 2 yr old boy

my son hasnt learned to bite himself yet but he hits himself, he hits his head against walls, he hits himself when he gets into trouble, my hubby used to do the same thing and his dad said it was cause he has ADHD so im thinking my son has it too @aubrey7775 have you talked to his dr about it?
