I have the flu stay hydrated they said . I also have a energetic toddler who just recovered from the flu .... so coffee and liquid Tylenol hopefully will keep me hydrated 😂🙏🏼😫😷🦠

Pedialyte is disgusting but always kept me hydrated. They even have popsicles. Gatorade

Coffee does the opposite. I would keep with water. Ice cold if you need a wake up boost.

Flu shot

Debating getting the flu shot... I have a 2 year old in daycare and I'm a teacher, but I read you can still get the flu even with the shot, what do your OBs say?

My friend just told me that once you have your baby they get a hepatitis b shot and flu shot automatically. I don't know how I feel about the flu shot.🤔
