I never had them with with Faye, but this one I’ll be laid up on the couch for an hour with them.
Doctor told me last Tuesday that they, obviously, are super common. But, to get rid of them, drink a few glasses of room temp water and lay on your left side.

Yeah I had them in the second trimester a lot. But then in the 3rd they simmered down. The last 2 days I’ve been having one or two a day but last night one of her movements actually made me contract lol

I got them all the time w my second.. and I’m actually not sure the baby causes them....🤔
Can be a sign of dehydration. Make sure you’re drinking enough water and if you’re standing, sit down. Or if you’re sitting or laying down, get up for a little bit.
