I would of already been thrown in jail because I would of beat both of them so badly that they would need medical attention. You don’t play around like that and keep someone’s children from them especially when one child is not biologically theirs!! If I was the father of the other child I would be so flipping angry!!

I have both kids and I filed for custody Wednesday, they told me to renew the protective order on Tuesday if I don’t want the father around . As of now he is 6 hours away , his mom has to drive him everywhere cause his car is here and he didn’t tell his job what’s going on so now he’s jobless .

Do you have both kids now? Do not let them go with anyone without a court ordered plan. And if you take them to your mom's the father can legally take his child from your mom. I'm sorry you are going through this.

The problem is that she somehow got her son to the point where he denied me from getting my son and we don’t have a custody agreement yet so according to the police because my sons father was there it wasn’t my MIL kidnapping my son .

My MIL came into town Saturday and was fussing at her son because I wasn’t up and ready on her time (I just started working and I don’t get home till 2:30am) I slept in a little and she was blowing up my boyfriends phone which in return he kinda took it out on me . I was tired because I had gotten a couple hours a sleep and was not in the best mood . We got into an argument that was never ending . He’s mom comes over to the house to pick her son up and asked me if she could take the kids to chuck E Cheese for a few hours and bring them back to my mom so I agreed to it . So my boyfriend a little drunk and still mad was sending me some hateful stuff and I let it go until I had enough of if and I called him . He tells his mom and she flips out on me and then refuses to bring my kids back to my mom like agreed to . I gave them plenty of time and options then I called the police while at work because the were refusing everything I was trying to say . They take my daughter back because she’s not his and keep my son . I was then told I could pick my son up after work , I get to the hotel and they won’t let me get him . So I filed for a protective order due to the fact my son didn’t have his medication or a safe place to sleep and that his father was intoxicated and I was approved for it and got my son back at 3:30am . My MIL starts making threats to me . So my now ex boyfriend can’t see his son till the 19th and I have a protective order on his mom till the 20th . From family on his side his mom is putting so much fear in him about what could happen or whatever . I have not heard from my sons father since Saturday and I’m blocked from everything . We just sign on a place Friday and all this happened Saturday . He is scared of his mom and is going with whatever she says which in return he’s being hurt by her more than helping .
