If you don’t want your husband/SO to know about it then it is cheating.
If you’re (general) involved with someone else and saying this to your ex, you are 100% having an emotional affair and need to end the current relationship you are in.
Is this you or your so doing this? If it's you, how would you feel if it was your so telling another woman he loves her? Would you be pissed? Then yes, it is cheating. If this is him doing it...well, same as above.
If you have a boyfriend and doing that, yes.
Absolutely. You should never be with someone if you still love someone else. It's also way out of line to actually go express your love to that person also.
Why are you with someone if you still love your ex? Yes that’s cheating.
I always say if you have to ask this question then you already know the answer and feel guilty for it.
Are you with someone else while doing this? If so then absolutely.

Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
