Any breastfeeding mommas experience intense stomach pain while breastfeeding? I don’t feel hungry a lot but could it be my body is starving for calories?

It’s not down below like my uterus. It’s up between the bottom of my rib cage like what you feel when your hungry but it’s really strong pains.

It's your uterus trying to go back to normal size happens when you breastfeed. It will stop soon.

When you breastfed it makes your uterus contract to help it go back down to normal size and get everything out. The cramps while nursing usually stop after about a week or 2.

Like stomach contractions? I had really bad ones. Could be your uterus trying to get back to normal. They are more intense in Mothers who breastfeed.
