Question - for people who use a casual babysitter, not family, what do you pay per hour, could you also put your state that could change things a bit. I’m trying to determine what is the going rate for babysitter these days!

You couldn't find a babysitter?! Mommas, do you take your kids with you to run errands and go to mundane appointments? On two separate occasions, a doctors appointment for me and today at a car service appointment, someone has remarked "you couldn't find a babysitter?!" It never crossed my mind to find a babysitter. I take my 2 kids with me just about everywhere. They are well behaved (minus the occasional 3 year old meltdown) and one of them is attached to my boob the majority of the time anyway. Am I the only one? Is that a weird thing to do? Do most moms find babysitters?
Going off these makeup posts... If you were told to completely clear out your makeup bag and were only allowed to keep *3 products* for a more natural/lighter look what would you keep? What are your top three staples? And what are some products you use a lot BUT know it is something you could definitely go without.

You could check care.com and see what those babysitters are charging. I wondered the same thing though!

I checked care.com and it suggested I pay more per hour than what I make an hour. 😧 maybe I should work for care 😄
