I got mine with my oldest at 39 weeks and 2 days and I ended up going into labor that next day with him.

@jessicalaneee alright! I figured I'd ask at my appointment about coming in on Friday when I'll be 39 weeks to get it done.

Membranes stripped, I was 41 weeks going to 42 weeks and they wanted to induce me. So the Dr. suggested I tried it first and it worked. I didn't have to get induce.

@mommyjay0579 I do remember it being painful. Painful during and after. I think I was only 1cm. But I was just glad I didn't have to get induced.
