Made some delicious blueberry bliss bars for the kiddos! This is a favorite recipe of ours. It sneaks in a lot of good fats into their bodies while they think they are getting a treat.
2 cups coconut butter
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup maple syrup
Blend and pour into a parchment paper lined pan. I use an 8x8 Pan. But you can use a 9x13 if you want thinner squares.
