I replaced prenatals with carnation instant breakfasts. Even has folic acid in it! Protein and a bunch of vitamins.

I kinda took them with my first pregnancy. With this one I can't take them at all. They make me sick even children's ones too. My obgyn said it's nothing to worry about. It doesn't have an effect on you or the baby as long as you're healthy and eating good and yes it includes junk foods you're just fine. Lol

I legit have never taken them with any pregnancy 😩

I did terrible my first trimester but then I bought one of those weekly pill organizers at the 99 cent store and it really helps! I keep it in the kitchen so I always take it with my first meal.

Same here! I thought i was a horrible mother and the only one who didnt take them everyday.. I have so much going on every week now and i forget sometimes, but ive been making sure i take them everyday now this past week cuz i started to feel bad lol

With my first i took them every day with my second i took them some days and forgot some days with my third i think i only took about 20 pills throughout my whole pregnancy.
