Anyone on here with PCOS TTC? I need some knowledge on what might work best for me

I have heard temping and opks. Temping will let you know if you released an egg or not.

I use opks (or I did before my period fucked off to who knows where for now almost half a year... ) and only got pregnant once (chemical pregnancy) with them. I don't know how accurate they are for everyone since I've heard most people with pcos have a very hard time getting positives on them, though I never did. Temping was my next choice, but my period went away before I could try it.

I had gotten progesterone oil shots for 6-8mths to get me to start having cycles on my own once I got off I got a few natural cycles they didnt regulate until 9mths after I stopped the oil

Also I had a hsg and shg when I was regular with cycles it helped open my tubes and clear bay blockages with the dye injected then they checked to make sure there wasnt any abnormal growths in my uterus I was clear for that. Also I only have 1 ovary now that still has cysts the other one doesnt and its the one that got us pregnant the month after the HSG/SHG.

Me and hubs stopped trying and tracking 2-3mths before we conceived we started having fun with sex and I had a small hoorah celebration for each natural period my body gave me. Also the month I conceived we took on a new mantra "I welcome everything that comes to me".....I had to do that because for so long I didn't like uncertainty so then my sister said I needed to stop saying that and stop thinking it and that month a few weeks after speaking with her and taking on the mantra we conceived Dec 22 according to my did date I know I ovulate late

Use okp also pre-seed. I also got on metformin for 5 months to get regular.
