@momof2babygirls, there’s a pending shutdown for Feb 15. They’re processing returns quickly in preparation for that.
@cafebustelo, that’s crazy. I know I won’t get mine on time because of the child tax but my hubby got the same message. He can’t see what’s going on with his neither. I was just trying to understand exactly what’s going on because we filed pretty early so we should’ve seen something already.

Either your entering something wrong or you just filed. When did you file? Has it been at least 24 hours since you filed?

My fiancé’s was unknowingly put on hold last year because we had moved to a different address so we weren’t able to get it back until he actually called and spoke with someone to get it all cleared up. If you don’t receive anything soon you may want to call them and make sure they have all the correct info.
That could be it too because I did move in August from NY to PA but I did put that in as well. I’m going to have to call Monday because I’ve never had this issue before.
@momof2babygirls, yeah we had put that we moved on ours too but they needed like some written verification to prove it or something so it’s a good possibility
@radickmama15, yeah I’m definitely going to call them Monday. Hubby is getting the same message so he has to call as well.
When Is your estimated date to receive it? Mine said Feb 19th
