How long do you and your SO go without speaking to each other when you’re mad?

Yeah I can't go to sleep angry or not talking I just have ugly feeling if I do. Whatever it is we can talk it out

I go at least 30 min but we talk it out

Shout. One time me and my bf didn't speak for weeks.

This time I'm not talking to him until he moves out.

All talk things out tomorrow is not promised to anyone

I have to wait until the anger goes away, more so on his part. When hes mad hes rude and I don't want to hear him talking out his ass. We typically tend to fight in the evening so we'll go all night into the next day and by the time he comes home from work we talk. The kids usually help since it's hard to not talk when kids are involved. Once he had time to cool down which he usually thinks it out over work it helps and hes levelheaded again

I think it’s best to wait until you can have a conversation where neither of you is angry. So maybe that means you both need time to cool down or walk away. But you should both always come back to each other and first apologize for ways you hurt one another and try to work it through.

I don’t think going to bed with things unresolved is a healthy way to operate. I don’t mean solved and figured out 100%.
