Yep me 🙋🏻‍♀️ ... Like the others, it was 6 weeks at least till it starting easing up. I did loose some of my stitches tho 🙈

I had an episiotomy with my 1st and was told to have milk and tea tree oil baths, a small tumbler of milk (whatever you usually use) and 4 drops of tea tree and mix it in, it seemed to help, also don't use perfumed smellies down there as that will sting x

I had an episiotomy with my first but no forceps. I asked how many stitches and the woman said she had lost count but I had alot 😬 I couldn't sit down properly for about 3 weeks! I was in pain for a week or so but it took about 6 weeks to start healing properly. I couldn't drive for about 3 weeks either x

I didn't have forceps but I did tear a little and had to have an episiotomy. Aloe gel on pads in the fridge or freezer before use was a great help! As were salt baths but be warned the salt baths sting for the first couple of times! Take it easy and rest as I was constantly doing things and my stitches tore 😕🙈 xx

I did and I got told to use lavender oil in my baths it’s supposed to help heal better so I used that in every single bath, mine took a good few weeks to heal properly though as well x
