So I ditched using all harmful products( like dyes) and heat from my hair like 2 weeks ago. I am not going to cut it ever if I can help it, this is the longest I’ve ever let my hair grow (I had a pixie cut from age 12 and through most of my teens and had been styling/dying/cutting my own hair since I was 13/14). I never liked my natural hair. I always wanted to dye it all the time and did a few times, and kept it short because I hated my wavy curly hair and when it was long I always spent countless hours of my day fixing my hair.
But now I’m choosing to love myself and embrace my hair. And so far it’s thicker and shiny as before I had split ends and it was extremely brittle and thin. And I even ditched make up, I still play around with eyeliner and eye shadow cause I can’t help but be an artist but as for the rest of it I want my face to heal and not be covered up because the skin does not breathe, the pores end up clogged. (I understand for you fellow make up artist that it’s your creative “me” time)
I feel so much healthier and happier now (even though my curls poke me in the eye and get in the way most of the time lol)
I encourage any of you mommas to embrace yourself and love how your body changes, love your grays, whites, silvers, platinums. The word “Perfect” is just an illusion our society made up. We are all beautifully perfect in our own way. The only opinion that should ever matter is how you think about yourself. Because what you think, you feel. What you feel, you project.
So love every part of who you are, all the parts you call flaws love them because what matters is what happens now and where you decide to focus that energy. Because while we are busy shaming ourselves all that energy could have been put into loving who we are instead.
Sending my love and encouragement to everyone💜💚❤️💙
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Love this. Love every part of this. 🙌
I do have a suggestion though, trim your hair regularly to keep it healthy. My hair hasn't been as healthy as it is now since I was a child. Its grown much faster too ever since I started getting it trimmed every 2-3 months.
