Yeh I know and he just doesn't understand but what do I do about him calling me a bad parent I yelled till I'm blue in the face and cried and tried just talking to him but he says I'm whining and acting childish when all I'm doing is trying to tell him that I dont like being treated like that and then I get pissed and i start screaming and yelling and it just leads to more shit

Is he serious? Your child is 3 months old. He sounds like a very uninformed parent so he needs to spend less time being a dick to you and more time learning about typical infant behavior.

Sounds like you got another child on your hands (bf) kids cry, they throw fits, at times there’s nothing we can do but cry with them.
