I weight less now then I did before I was pregnant? Is that bad

I weigh 7 lbs less than when I got pregnant and I haven’t been able to gain any weight. I’m breastfeeding and am not working out, so I lost a lot of muscle weight. I don’t really like it. All my pants are too big on me and my arms are too skinny. I can’t wait to get back to the gym and gain about 5 lbs! But my baby is teething right now and waking up at night so I’m tired!
I know I hate leaving my kids too. I work full time so I’m already away from them a lot.
I agree with @jessig2006, lighter doesn't mean healthier.
I weigh about 35lbs less now than I did before I started having kids, but I am NO WHERE near as healthy. I was a personal trainer and I didn't even have a scale with me and my clients. Numbers are super deceiving
People get caught up in weight alot. Are you eating healthy? Are you exercising and living a good life? How are you feeling both mentally and physically? If you are starving yourself and living attached to the couch then I would be worried about weighing less than your prepregnancy weight.
Honestly I’ve been eating the same! Everything has been the same except I have my baby now, so when I weighed less I was SOOO surprised !
@mylitasilva it doesn't seem like it would make a huge difference but you're makong extra movements and caring for another person. It definitely makes sense. Keep it up mama! Be strong and healthy for your little man!
You look good!! As long as you're in a healthy weight range..it doesn't matter if you weigh less now
