May be tmi but... I've only used the bathroom once since my surgery (jan 30th) and my belly hurts so freaking bad 😭 I feel like I've tried everything and nothing helps.. I've used enemas, stool softners, magnesium citrate, i tried coffee.. Is there anything else I can try!? The first time I went the only thing that helped was milk lol but I tried that again and nothing 😩 my belly is constantly gurgling.. It's kind of embarrassing 🤦🏻

@mommy_x3 it's super yummy. I was trying it just for the extra fiber and was very pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was.

Drink strong coffee and eat something with a lot of fat in it. This sounds weird but when your on the toilet, cross your legs. It works.
@mommy_x3, I have been in a position like that before. Twice. I had to go to the hospital. It wasn’t good. I literally felt like I was going to die.
After I had my daughter, the only thing that helped me was taking a glass of water and blowing bubbles into it with a straw while on the toilet. I know it sounds strange, but it worked amazing!

mine was like that after I had my son, the nurse gave me prune juice warmed up a little. it was kinda gross but it did help a little
Prune juice is so gross but I may try it.. They do have prune pills that I saw at the pharmacy too, maybe those might help 🤔

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

When I had my gallbladder taken out and had this problem my hubby(then boyfriend) took me to Cracker Barrel and I got their breakfast bran muffin which is way yummier than it sounds and the extra fiber from it helped me TONS!! So try some extra fiber and apple juice and white grape juice can also help.
