This pregnancy I lost a lot of weight in the beginning and maintained the same weight the first and 2nd trimester it’s now that I’m gaining weight but it’s all in my belly

With my daughter I gained 30lbs but a lot of the wait was in my stomach. I didn’t look fat till right before I had her.
Now I think I’m losing weight mostly because I eat about twice a day maybe... and about the size of a toddler bowl.
I got to the doctors next week so I’ll find out then . But I’m kind nervous about it because I don’t think I eat enough for me and my baby.
